Leanne Faraday-Brash CSP is a speaker, author, organisational psychologist, Executive coach and Principal of Brash Consulting founded in 1996. Leanne’s expertise is in workplace dynamics, leadership, toxic cultures, high performance and the psychology of change. She is obsessed with helping clients foster psychological safety, elite performance and discretionary effort.
Leanne holds an honours degree in psychology and a Master’s in International Management. Leanne’s client list includes Nike, Thomson Reuters, Amcor, Standard and Poors, Holden, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Hesta and Film Victoria. With her engaging, humorous and provocative style, Leanne has presented in Singapore, India, Europe, the U.S, Canada, New Zealand and all over Australia.
Leanne is a 2020 Telstra Businesswomen’s Award nominee, a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) with Professional Speakers Australia and has been twice nominated for both PSA’s Keynote of the Year and Educator of the Year. She heads the media panel for the College of Organisational Psychologists and has appeared extensively in digital news publications including the Age, The Australian, BOSS magazine and the Sydney Morning Herald. She is an Australian Financial Review contributor and has appeared on 3AW, 2UE and ABC Radio nationally. She comments regularly on ethics and corporate and sporting scandals, workplace bullying and harassment, #MeToo and “vulture cultures”.
Outside work, Leanne is on an advisory board to St Kilda Football Club, is an AFLW Mentor, a volunteer field psychologist with the Red Cross and state integrity officer for a large community sporting organisation.
