If you’ve watched it, she probably made it and won an award for it – every ratings juggernaut you’ve watched from five series of Big Brother (the controversial years), to Dancing With The Stars, The X Factor, The Celebrity Apprentice, The Farmer Wants A Wife and she was one of the creators of the long running current affairs show, Q&A on the ABC.

She has since had a variety of smart corner offices as Executive Editor of Format Entertainment at the BBC UK London, Director of Television Content, Fremantle Media Australia, Director of the award winning, Media Tribe, Australia, Creative Strategist at BBC WorldWide and Executive Producer of Megastar, an international online talent show based in San Francisco.  She now run Absolutely Farrelly, a company which specialises in creative content, training & strategy around engagement.
